1. Log into portal.3ShapeCommunicate.com with your Communicate account information.

2. Click on Connections at the top of the page.

3. Click the Add Connection button.

4. Enter the Moon Dental Laboratory or digital@moondentallab.com to connect.

1. When you are in the Portal, click on the (+) in the Recipients tab. It will take you right to the customer.connectcasecenter.com website.

2. Under My Favorite Recipients, click on Search Recipient

3. Once you have filled out one of the fields provided, click on Start Search

4. Click on the orange (+) next to the Moon Dental Technology Solutions Inc. to add to your Account.

5. Once you have selected the Moon Dental lab, it will show under Recipients at the top of the screen. This means you have added the lab to the portal successfully.

1. Go to https://www.meditlink.com
to set up partnership with Moon Dental Laboratory.

2. In your Medit account, add digital@moondentallab.com to your list of lab.

3. Wait for accept partnership or Call us 778-676-5511 to accept your request faster.

4. Also, you can type in the Moon Dental Laboratory in the search bar and click on the “Request Partnership” button

1. Highlight case and select Romexis Cloud Export.

2. Select Send to digital@moondentallab.com as an E-mail download link or as Planmeca Romexis user.

3. Select CAD/CAM Case Format as Native PlanCAD.

4. Click on Select Images to add images or lab order.

5. Slect the images or lab order form to add to the case - Click Update Case.

6. Click on Send

Submitting Other STL Format Files

Email your STL files to: digital@moondentallab.com
To send larger files you may upload via the Lab Online portal. Alternatively, you may use DropBox or WeTransfer.
Be sure to include a scan of the Prescription or New Case form with STL files since these files will only contain scans of the model.
