Warranty
MoonCare program guarantees products against defective materials and workmanship ONLY. In the unlikely event that a product shows a defect, we will quickly replace or repair it free of charge.
- Our warranty does NOT cover changes in design or materials, or cases that have been misused or abused.
- No REFUND or RETURN.
Dentures
• Immidiate dentures need relines within 3 months to keep warranty, check with your dentist. (Reline cost extra)
• No charge repair for breakage due to manufacturing defects for two year on new dentures.
• No charge repair for breakage due to manufacturing defects for 90 days on repaired dentures, on the original repair.
• No charge for relines for new dentures (excluding immediates, full and partial) within 30 days.
The doctor is responsible for providing accurate impressions, models, and records. MoonCare warranty is limited to the extent of the value of our invoice; we do not pay for costs associated with clinical procedures or the patient’s time.
